MIM is especially suitable for the complex geometries involved in orthodontic brackets. Eversun is capable of producing orthodontic brackets according to customer's drawings or samples. With our advanced MIM technique and facilities, the prescription built into each bracket is more accurately reproduced. Tip, torque and bracket and arch wire size are all consistent from bracket to bracket. Thin wall sections, contoured sharp corners and edges and other details are all precisely reproduced from unit to unit. The process itself is environmentally cleaner, eliminating toxic materials during manufacturing. |
