Due to PE has excellent heat seal ability and poor to obstruct gas but fine to obstruct fluid,specially fit for fluid medicine.
Usually the oral taken fluid is packed in anpei bottle which has two fatal shortcoming:
1. easy broken during opening
2.the fluid packed once ferment it¡¯s easiy to crash the bottle and lead to damage to the product packed.
PVC/PE compound completely cast the before said shortcoming, mainly produced by officinal PVC film after heat seal. During the process of production, the temperature, coated quantum and solid time are measured strictly, making the product meet the standard of same product overseas. The heat seal ability is 4 times higher than the common PVC ,meantime has stronger rigidity, flexility, crash resistant and big expand index,suitable for packing various kinds of fluid medicine.
