Mannitol is mainly applied in below.
1.Applicable for toothpaste production instead of glycerol¡£
Except for relatively inferior fog resistance in comparison with glycerol, indexes including PH value, thermal endurance, thermal resistant viscosity and ointment stability of mannitol have all reached national standard.¡£
2. Synthetizing of mannitol polyurethane hard foam. Mannitol epoxy propane synthetized by mannitol and epoxy propane can be adopted to produce polyurethane hard foam. It features high mechanical strength, favorable thermal endurance, excellent resistance against atmospheric aging, long service life, good foaming and forming technic, stable and even product quality and relatively low iso-oxygenic acid ester consumption.
3.. After shrinkage, mannitol is lipidized by oleic acid and then forms mannitol anhydride oleate, which is widely used as emulsifying agent and corrosion inhibitor in pesticide, chemical industry, textile and mechanic processing.
