Our chopped strand mat factory specializes in manufacturing E-glass and C-glass Chopped strand Mat. The products range from chopped strand mat 300g/m2, chopped strand mat 450g/m2 to chopped strand mat 600g/m2, the width from 102cm,104cm to 125cm. The annual output can be than 10,000 tons a year.
Chopped strand mat is made of chopped strands of 50mm in length, which are evenly dispersed and bond together with emulsion blinder.
Chopped strand mat is usually used for medium strength parts with uniform cross-section. Typical applications are in boats, automotive components, bath-room units, tank, furniture etc. |
