PO-408 is a halogen-free flame retardant masterbatch for Polyolefin applications .
Additional levels of PO-408 are relatively low, giving good economics, mechanical properties and lower specific gravity compared to normal compounds containing halogen/antimony flame retardant systems.
Being halogen free also results in significant advantages in terms of fire safety, i.e. lower smoke density, lower smoke toxicity and less corrosion.
Lower corrosivity offers advantages both in the processing stage and in case of a fire.
PA-405 is the newest environmental nylon flame retardant masterbatch for nylon engeering plastic application,without halogen.This masterbatch adopts the up-to-date mote nano flame retardant and advanced double screw extrude technology.Accession proporrion relative lower,compared with containing halogen,antimony series flame retardant nylon egineering plastic,apply PA0405 to production can make the product with good performance and ecnomic benefit.
