Organization members: Quality responsibility
Project manager: Take charge in the project quality, determine the quality responsibility of all personnel, study and make decisions to significant quality items of the project, set quality requirements.
Project Vice manager: Share the quality responsibility which the Project manager takes
Technical General Inspector: Take charge in the engineering design quality and the engineering site quality, responsible for reviewing the design quality of the engineering system and the engineering construction quality, and taking technical measures to guarantee the project quality or to get rid of quality problems, make sure that the technical quality level of the project meets the requirements.
