Granules could be added more than 50% for foam sheet production, and the production can reduce general 50% usage of traditional materials (PE or EVA). Customers could reduce PE, EVA and Pigment quantity in foaming process.
In granular appearance and well-dispersal; pigment quantity is about 10% to 20%, widely used for plastics and rubber foam products, such as EVA, PE, TPR, NBR, EPDM and other relative foam products.
Repro EVA Plastic Granules have passed through 8 major Heavy Metals and 24 Azo Dyes Tests. (ASTM Test Result could be provided.)
Application: PE Foam, EVA Foam, TPR Foam, Slippers, Flip-Flops Soles, Sports Shoes Insoles & Outsoles, Injection Products, Mat Foam Materials, Perambulator Solid Tires, Safety Helmet Linings, Anti-Slip Pads, baggage Inner Pads and Floating Equipments.
Color: We provide many colors of granules: Black, Blue, Cyan Blue, Green and Yellow etc.
