| Alumina-spinel castanles(QGBJ-90 and QGBJ-85) mainly comsist of fused white corundum,sintered tabular corundum and pure synthesized spinel.The castables are highly resistant to slag corrosion and penetration when employed as lining in con-cast ladles.High alumina-spinel castables (QGBJ-80 and QGBJ-75) are composed of sintered special grade bauxide and synthesized spinel from natural raw materials.The castables have strong resistance to corrosion,erosion and thermal shock.The service life of high alumina-spinel castables is 1~3 times higher than that of sodium silicate bonded alumine-magnesia castable.QGBJ-90 and QGBJ-85 castables can be used for ladles with capacity of over 100t,QGBJ-80 for the ladles with capacity between 50t to90t and QGBJ-75 for ladles below 50t. |
