catalysis of protein hydrolysis under pH 2.5-4.0, this product can be used for
alcohol fermentation, leather softening, wool dyeing, juice purification and feedstuff.

technique. It can catalyze protein to hydrolyze into low molecular peptide and
amino acid. The products can be used in the industry of leather softening and depilation,
silk degumming, plant and animal proteolysis, brewing and feedstuff.
