This product is effective complex enzymes made from excellent strain through deep liquid fermentation technique, especially for the degradation of high molecular polymer, such as xylan and chitin ( or chitozan) etc., and extraction of their hydrolysates. This product is produced according to the production standard for enzymes (food grade) issued by America Food and Drug Administration (FDA), World Health Organization (WHO), Food Additive United Expert Committee (UECFA) and in conformity to Food Chemical Codex (FCC).
