YT-1K Metallic Colors:
1) Made of several durability-improved resins
2) High quality basecoat
3) Good coverage
4) Can be blended to optimum metallic, solid or pearl colour effects
5) Excellent adhesion and intercoat adhesion
6) Substrates:
a) Existing finishes that have been de-greased and sanded with #1000 wet sanding
b) YT-2K Primer Surfacer,
c) YT-222 Putty coated surface
7) Surface Cleaning: Remove wax , silicon and other impurities with degreaser
Mixing Ratios:
<15?C
YT-1K Metallic Basecoat: 100 parts
X-11 Thinner: 80-100 parts
15-30?C (or above)
YT-1K Metallic Basecoat: 100 parts
X-1 All Purpose Thinner or X-2 Slow Drying Thinner: 80-100 parts
Usage:
1) Application: 2-3 layers, 15-25 total thickness
2) Flash-off Time: 5-10mins. each, 20?C
Spray Gun & Pressure:
Gravity Feed Spray Gun: 1.2-1.5mm, 2.5-3.5kg/cm2
Suction Feed Spray Gun: 1.4-1.7mm, 2.5-3.5kg/cm2
Outer packing: 1L x 8tins/ctn, 3.75L x 4tins/ctn |
