Features:
1. Besides the common vacuum oil purifier¡¯s function of dewatering, degassing, and removing the impurity, this machine can regenerate the seriously bad oil by separating the electric-polarity materials, such as deeply oxides and free carbon from the oil effectively. The treated oil can reach the specifications of the new oil, such as the oil dielectric strength, flash point, acid value and oxidationresisting etc.
2. This machine equips a double-infrared liquid level auto-controller; it can adjust the quantity of oil inlet and oil outlet to balance. So this machine can operate online without person for long time.
3. There is a interlocked preventive device, which connect vacuum pump, oil pump and heater. |
