Biodiesel is an ester of fatty acid and methyl (or ethyl alcohol) having a general formula of: RCOOCH3 or RCOOC2H5. BIOGEM (Trade name of Biodiesel of BIENCO JSC) is a biological fuel, or clean fuel. It can be used for all current oil engines without changing their structures. Mixing a little of biodiesel into DO will reduce many kinds of toxic gas. Therefore, biodiesel is considered an excellent product to protect environment...
BIOGEM can be produced from vegetation oil, waste oil or animal fat...so it is renewable energy resource.
BIENCO is proud to say that we have succeeded in researching technology and process
to produce BIOGEM from vegetation oil and waste oil. Its trade name is
BIOGEM-GEM. Its quality standard meet D 6751-02a ASTM.
BIENCO is constructing a factory for BIOGEM-GEM production with the first pilot
plant capacity being 10 m3/day. After that, capacity will be 2000 MT/month. The product
will be consumed in land and exported.
