YZR series, three phase, asynchronous induction motor with winding rotor and squirrel-cage rotor is suitable for driving all kinds of lifting machines or the similar equipment. It possesses a certain ability of overload and mechanic strength. It is suitable for driving the short time on duty or continuos on duty equipment which frequent starting, braking and significant vibration and impacting is exited.
¡¡ The output grade and the mounting dimension are in conform with the recommended standard of IEC72, and also are similar to the Japanese standard JEM1202 and Germany Standard DIN42681.
The motor will be well run when the altitude not exceed 1000m.
¡¡ There are two classes insulation, class F and class H for this kind of motor. Motor with class F is suitable for using on the places where the temperature will not exceed 40;
Motor with class H is suitable for using on the metallurgy places where the temperature will not exceed 60. These two kinds of motors are with the same data.
¡¡ The motors possess better leakproofness. The motors used on general places are with the protection class IP44, the motors used on metallurgy places are with the protection class IP54.
The rated frequency is 50HZ, the rated voltage is 380V. |
