Product Description:
The operator removes the finished panels from the row of clamps on one section and refills this section with glue-edged stock. The operator then presses the Auto-start button. The automatic carriage travels to flatten the panel and tighten the clamps one by one to the end, then the next section is turn and laid on the front rest. The automatic carriage again travels forward to the other side, loosening clamps one by one until it stops. The automatic cycle is then repeated.
With different gluing jobs, the clamp tightening hydraulic pressure can be adjusted from 25 kg/cm2 to 70 kg/cm2.
