MB-30 is a twin spindle / two station high precision CNC boring machine. Especially designed for pinhole finish boring. The tool tip on the bring bar is driven by servomotor, and controlled by CNC, therefore, it can bore trumpet type bore and the dimension of the bore can be easily controlled and compensated. Box way slide ensures high rigidity boring of the machine. This machine boring two pistons at a time. These is an in-position detection sensor on each clamping fixture. Therefore the tolerance of finished work piece can be easily controlled.
