Four lane filling & packing machine for powder
1) The above mentioned machine, we assume that there are 4(four) units of date printer that prints(Dates and Batch Numbers) on the Packaging Film on each of the four lanes.
Please confirm.
2) What is the Measuring Range of your machine per each pack (in grams)? Customer intends to pack from 20grams to at least 100 grams per pack on each lane. Can this weight range be handled by the machine using the included filling/forming tube ? What if they want to pack 120
grams/pack on the machine? What is the maximum pack weight that can be produced on the Four-Lane machine?
Please advise.
3) What is the weight range(grams/pack) that can be produced by the same Filling/Forming Tube?
They intend to do 20 grams to 60grams or even up to 100grams per pack.
4) To pack other weight range, please quote on the necessary change parts.
5) We assume that the filling head is auger system. Please confirm.
6) Can the Auger System handle BREAD CRUMBS ? Will the bread crumbs not be sheared by the Auger Screw?
7) Is it possible to convert the Filling Head from Powder Filling(using the Auger Filler) to Liquid Filler(using Liquid Filler with Pump Head)?
8) What is the capacity of the HOPPER of the packaging machine?
9) Please email to us the BROCHURE of the machine.
10) Is it possible to program the Horizontal Cutters so that they can do Chain Packs?
(for example, 6 packs/Chain, 10 packs/Chain, etc).
11) What will happen if ONE LANE encounters a problem, can they still produce using the other 3 lanes?
12) What is the FILLING ACCURACY of the AUGER FILLER?
13) If they use a VOLUMETRIC FILLER instead of Auger Filler, what will be the filling accuracy?
14) Aside from the choco powder, they are also planning to produce in the future hygroscopic powders such as kare-kare powder, curry powder, mushroom powder, pepper, salt, sugar and other spices. Can this all be handled by the auger screw filler ? please quote on the necessary inclined screw feeding powder conveyor with 100kg hopper that will bring powder into the hopper of the packaging machine.
