Dear Sir,
We are a Libyan contracting company ,we need a freight elevator for chemicalls,debris,and operators. This freight elevator will be install out side a warehouse use to replace the existing motorized chain -hoist Assembly.' the elevator can be conventional electrical or Hydraulic type
The freight elevator has to extend to higher levels to maintain &supply
the current process requirements loading /unloading sequences and operators movement.
- Size of box for lifting materials is 1300x1200x1700mm (L x W x H ) and its
maximum weight is 1300Kg.
- The freight elevator platform has to equipped with adequate loading/ unloading facilities .
- Five floors shall be served by the elevators.
-Ground floor (start position-entrance Level 100.200
- First floor ( liquid additives and classifier floor) Level 107.400
Second floor (feeder and solid additive floor Level 112.700
- Third floor(screen's floor Level 117.650
-Fourth floor- Master batch silo delumper floor Level 123.500
-Lift entrance orientation to be East side on the ground floor and west side on all other floors.
-Lift load for materials & persons weights 2000Kg ( Approximately).
- All electrical equipment related to instrumentation ,control,& signalization devices to be as protected for installation in hazardous area classification Zone 2,as per IEC &B.S.
Note. The new elevator shall replace the existing motorized chain -hoist Assembly.
we like to make use of the existing steel structure supporting the motorized chain -hoist
we shall send you the dimensions of the steel columns ,length and dimension.
