we are looking for some company which is able to produce the cart wheel with our design and specification.
We would like to inform about kayak cart wheel as below.
1. Material for wheel
Tire material is roto molded PVC (= pliable plastic) and hub material is Polypropylene.
2. Our estimate order
If you produce and everything is ok, we will order about 10,000 pcs in the future.
However, we must receive the sample before mass production.
3. Usage
We would like to inform you that this kayak cart wheel will be used over the sand at the beach. So it should be made durable but soft.
Also the wheel weight is less than 1kg.
