A. Specification:
1. Thin Carrier Plate System:

B. Function (Model LGTM-6130 + with double sided cassettes.)
Designed specifically for thin carrier plates.
Equipped with a vacuum pump to suck up thin carrier plate.
Thin carrier plate are loaded from loading cassette automatically. A robot hand pulls the plate into preparing position.
Loader: move the plate from load cassette to on vacuum plate.
Added heaters where are located in front of entrance and exit of loading and unloading mechanism.(Optional)
The vacuum plate which has features of high steel rigidity and high accuracy is designed to fit 0201. The vacuum plate has the ability for X-axis rotation of 180 degrees.
If the chip specification is larger than 0603(1608) , the chip can be dipped two sides consecutively without transfer.
Remove falling down chips automatically.
Dipping and blotting are in the same place of the ink tray.
Dipping unit equipped with automatic temperature controlling system (with ice cooling machine, optional).
Supply function of paste (1) manual supply (2) automatic supply.
Security system: the door closes automatically while the machine is operating.
The up/down motion of doctor blade is controlled by servo/stepping motor for the accuracy of film thickness which is to ensure high dipping quality. Accuracy of paste thickness is 0.01m/m.
The up/down-dipping unit uses servomotor with 1000(Watt) which can accelerate speed in a short time, reduce vibration, keep stabilization, and quickly response. Accuracy of up/down is 0.002m/m.
The dipping paste platform uses servomotor with 400 Watt. The speed and placement parameter are set by HMI.
Unloader: cylinder pushes the plate with dipped chips to unload cassette.
Stores with 32 set parameters.
Related units such as motors and pneumatic electricity are made in Japan.
C. Electric System
Operation panel (HMI): The machine uses FUJI Touch Panel human machine interface. The parameter can be set by manual and be read easily. The machine also includes warning system, easy to operate and maintain.
Adapted KOYO PLC of control system is with high stabilization.
