(1) The function of dipping unit
The dipping unit is equipped with 2 sets of gripper. Use grippers to clip the carrier plate when it moves down to dip.
With the option of first leveling then dipping or first dipping then leveling.
With the option of first dipping or secondary dipping.
Can select non-blotting dipping or 9-time blotting.
High rigidity design, best accuracy and stability.
Use HMI to read/write parameter in controlling of the speed and position of the dipping unit.
(2) The function of film-doctor blade
The up/down motion of doctor blade is controlled by servo/stepping motor for the accuracy of film thickness.
The min. value of film-thickness to be set is 0.01 m/m.
To clean doctor blade unit, loosen two set screws.
With 2 options of dipping film thickness and blotting dipping film thickness.
Doctor blade is equipped with dial gauges to monitor the actual film thickness.
(3) The function of squeegee
With a pressure regulating gauge to control the pressure of squeegee.
Squeegee is moved up and down by air cylinder. Blotting bar unit can be raised and detached for cleaning.
The accuracy of squeegee's upper and lower position can be adjusted.
(4) The function of dipping platform
The forward and backward speed and position of dipping platform can be set by HMI. It is controlled by servo motor .
The dipping platform has temperature controlling function, the range of cooling water is 10¢XC~25¢X C and controlled by ice water machine. This can reduce the solvent of silver paste to be volatilized in order to control its viscosity.

(5) The function of security system
When machine starts, the safety switch is turned off and the door is closed automatically.
Open the door and machine will stop automatically.
(6) Use HMI to read/write parameter. The monitor functions provide convenient maintenance and operation.
