Functions and Specifications
A. Functions
LGTM-2009 : Carrier plate is placed on and retreated back on the same side.
LGTM-2009G1 : JIG plate or carrier plate is placed on and retreated back on the same side.
LGTM-2009G2 : JIG plate or carrier plate is placed on one side,
plate ejects on the other side which dipping is finished.
LGTM-2009C2 : Carrier plate is placed on one side, and carrier plate ejects on the other side which dipping is finished
Paste is dipped on chips automatically.
Use doctor blade and the steel belt to coat paste on the steel belt evenly.
With the function of leveling, dipping and blotting .
Dipping process, speed and the number of blot can be set freely in order to adopt varied material and avoid air bubble happen so as to ensure the quality of termination.
Film thickness can be set freely.
Steel belt equipped with EPC, to avoid steel belt crooked.
Squeegee and termination vacuuming can be set by digital mode, to avoid uneven termination size in order to secure the quality .
Paste is recycled and filtered to avoid falling chips scraping steel belt and ensure even film thickness.
Use AC motor with reducer and squirm pump to deliver paste to coating tank.
Use HMI to read/write parameter. The monitor functions provide convenient maintenance and operation.
Equipped with Chinese / English mode for option.
B. Four different models :
LGTM-2009 is suitable for carrier plate, manual loading and unloading.
LGTM-2009G1 is suitable for carrier plate and JIG plate, manual loading and unloading.
LGTM-2009G2 is suitable for carrier plate and JIG plate, both of them can be placed on one side, and retreated back automatically on the other side after the completion of dipping.
LGTM-2009C2 is suitable for carrier plate. The carrier plate can be placed on one side, and retreated back automatically on other side after the completion of dipping.
